The Problems We Saw
Challenges Impacting Engagement
Poor Click-Through Rates (CTRs) on Key CTAs: This was due to lack prominence and clear visual hierarchy, reducing effective user conversion paths.
Non-Optimized Mobile Experience: Despite mobile device usage predominance, the site lacked fluid mobile responsiveness, with navigation and content layout not fully adapted for smaller screens or touch interactions.
Outdated Visual Design and Information Architecture: The site’s outdated aesthetic and convoluted navigation impede quick access to information, leaving users uncertain or discouraged from further exploring projects or services.
Legacy Platform Limitations: The existing website was built on a legacy CMS/builder that restricts modern responsiveness and fluid user experiences.
